At Patiyala Shop, we strive to ensure you love your ethnic wear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Patiyala Shop account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Pack the product securely in its original packaging along with the invoice to ensure it passes our quality inspection during the pickup process.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package; please ensure you receive a signed pickup acknowledgement.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or the exchange item will be dispatched.
